It is very important to correct your posture with the proper exercises before any “fit into everyone’s” training program is started. Whatever your goals are, losing weight, getting stronger, muscle building, flexibility, posture correction, or endurance training the program should address at least the 3 or more “weaker” muscle imbalances in the body. This test is done either in person, but now can be done online, before you start a program with me.

We all heard that we are as strong as the weaker muscles in our bodies.

Our lifestyle has changed dramatically in the last 100 years, but our bodies are still behaving in the same way as it has for the last thousand years. That’s why we need to train in a very functional way today using most muscles in the body to avoid muscle imbalances and injuries.

Everything has been made easier in our today society to avoid using those crucial muscles. Those will get weaker as we age, encouraging other muscles to overcompensate leading to pain in the joints around overtime.

After a muscle testing assessment, I will then identify where the strong and tight muscles are as well as the long and weak ones.

The main problem that I’ve seen over 20 years in gyms and online is a template of a dozen exercises to fit all. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT!

A corrective exercise program will be designed specifically in conjunction with the results of your assessment and will be much more beneficial and challenging than any usual exercise template that you’ll find out there.
